Gloria Dansby-Giles, LPC, NCC, NCSC, NCCC, ACS, BC-THM

CCC Commissioner

Gloria is currently serving as a Professor of Counselor Education at Jackson State University.

She  has worked as a school counselor, community college and college counselor, coordinator of testing services, private practice practitioner and as a counselor educator. In addition, she has served as Ethics Chair of the American School Counselor Association, Southern Region Vice President of the ASCA, Board Member of the Mississippi Board of Examiners of Licensed Professional Counselors and Board Member on the NBCC MFP Advisory Board. She was awarded the Research Award and the Career Contributor Award from Mississippi Counseling Association in November of 2023.
