The First KLF-Penn State Career Development Symposium

"Innovative Ways for Assisting Career Transitions of Individuals in Mid-to-Late Career Stages"

Both Zoom Online and Penn State University Park campus

A group of career development practitioners from the Korea Labor Foundation Main (KLF), a public institution associated with the Ministry of Employment and Labor in South Korea, will be visiting Penn State to share and learn about innovative career development approaches assisting individuals in mid-to-late career stages. We open this symposium to the Penn State community and beyond. For those who cannot attend in person, a Zoom link will be provided.

Date: Wednesday, December 11, 2019

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Eastern Time

Venue: 313 Keller Building, Penn State University Park campus

There is no registration fee. In-person participation is limited to the first 25 individuals.   Pre-registration by December 6, 2019  is required using the Registration Form on this website.

The symposium will be translated in a sequential manner; thus, please expect that the content delivery will be slower than usual.  For those who will participate via Zoom, we will share the link about 10 days before the symposium starts.

This event is organized by the Workforce Education and Development (WFED) Program in the Learning and Performance Systems department within the College of Education at Penn State.  The WFED program proudly announces that the year 2020 will be its 100th anniversary.
